Event Registration for Europe-Wide Event of a Car Manufacturer
To introduce new models, an automobile manufacturer organizes events to which car dealers across Europe are invited. Due to the size of the event, the participants travel in the back-to-back process. For the registration of the participants a software of h.com is used.As travel options, various flight contingents are managed as well as further travel options by train or own journey offered. Participants can choose from several accommodation options, which are also managed in contingents. When manually booking flights via third-party systems, contingents can be reduced. When providing additional charter capacity, the contingents are automatically increased via web service.
The booking of sub-events such as test drives is possible for several time windows and individually managed contingents.
Comprehensive options for emergency contacts, food intolerances, further freely configurable form fields and flexible booking accompanying persons complete the package.
